★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just tried the chocolatine and it was DELICIOUS! Super buttery and flakey. The quality and amount of chocolate was perfect as well. Priced fairly (~$3.75).
They also started playing Pusha T's 'If You Know You Know' as soon as I walked in which I definitely took as an omen for the transcendent experience that followed soon after.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A local classic and no frills spot that will always have a line up because it’s damn good! Dishes are delicious, seating is limited.
BUT don’t get their regular coffee - two thumbs down on that weird watery one - sorry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The perfect Jewish boulangerie, with the best bread in Montreal. The sourdough is great for making sandwiches and the Challah is perfect for Shabbat dinner. It is not an exaggeration to say I eat this bread every day. They also use the most delicious, and rich, chocolate in all of their pastries. If you are looking for a sweet treat, get there Chocolate Babka.

Lovely pain au raisin with good coffee. The croissant was okay, good taste but soft, none of that flaking and contrast we've come to expect with croissants.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered two plain croissants, one chocolate croissant and a gluten free cookie for my friend! I wanted a special note to be written as well. Their service was lovely and they replied to my emails very quickly. The order was delivered on time and my friend loved everything, especially the plain croissants! The special note was also neatly handwritten exactly as I wanted it to be.
