★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner is a super down to earth guy. I always get excellent service here and the skates are always sharpened perfectly. You can buy a punch card and for sharpening which will save you some money. The prices here are very reasonable as well. I am sure all of the other reviews for Bladz will tell you the same thing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went in twice to get my daughters brand new figure skates heated and molded to her feet. They refused to help us as they were too busy with hockey skates. I get being busy. Sure. But when we are kind and ask if there is a time we can make an apt or when to come back...and we are just met with completely rude remarks from staff. "We can't predict the future." How is that a response! I will NEVER do business with your store and will not recommend it to anyone else. Being busy isn't an excuse to be rude. Rude is rude. Take some customer service training. Hire new staff. Do something. Even my daughter was shocked at the lack of kindness. Kindess matters. Being 'busy' is no excuse.

I dropped in to see if I could get them sharpened right away as the game started in 25min!! The staff were right on it. I was walking out the door 10 min later with perfectly sharpened skates. Huge Thank you!!
