★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mike MacDonald is amazing. We called Mike for a second opinion regarding mold in our home after another company almost scared us into a very expensive remediation. Mike was incredibly knowledgeable, explaining sources of mold, he explained our lab results to us, and he let us know what we can do to improve air quality and heat efficiency (without needing a complete remediation). We're VERY happy with Smartway.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an emergency renovation done on our condo(pipe leak in the ceiling) they were quick to respond which was appreciated but they left our electrical box exposed and didn't get back to us for 2 months. After several calls that got us nowhere we had a different company finish their work(started the next week, finished the week after) and the only communication we have recieved was a bill for 2k.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The restoration staff and drywall crew were great. The actual labourers did good quality work and had a positive customer service attitude. The project management could improve as coordination of timing and vendors was poor. The management and business staff were accountable to the issues raised.
