Mon conjoint avait compris en discutant avec la vendeuse que le collier était échangeable et arrivé en magasin, ce n'est pas possible parce que le collier était en solde (je l'ai en double)! Aucune accommodation possible même en raison de la mauvaise information donnée. Nous voulions seulement l'échanger pour un autre collier en solde et débourser la différence! J'achète tous mes bijoux chez bizou depuis longtemps, vous venez de perdre une cliente.
Very bad experience. My spouse had understood by talking with the saleswoman that the necklace was exchangeable and arrived in store, it is not possible because the necklace was on sale (I have it twice)! No accommodation possible even because of the wrong information given. We just wanted to exchange it for another necklace on sale and pay the difference! I've been buying all my jewelry from bibizou for a long time, you just lost a client.
