★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dropped car for repair. Pre planned with 3 seperate staff members a hood hinge replacement. When they seen car they refused to replace it as they said it was a "body shop job". Asked for door key to be made, was told had no keys. Staff member seamed offended when complained. Wanted $500 for key and fob. Parts guy was awesome and staff were great with appointment and work with recall but dropped the ball on hinge replacement and their ability to deal with a disappointed customer. Communication was good. I will go back for recalls but not for service work.

As an out of town client (Steinbach) they were very accommodating. Their process was informative and transparent. Always friendly and professional, it really seemed their motivation centered around what was best for me. I would highly recommend this dealership!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Where do I even start! So I bought my Infiniti Q50 from another dealership and needed server so things repaired. bringing it to Infiniti was the best thing I ever did. Every single staff member I dealt with in the service department was AMAZING. Aleah was amazing, so upbeat and cheerful and kept me posted on the repair of my car. Not to mention the video inspection I got, I’ve never seen any other dealership do that! Infiniti went way beyond my expectations. You have a life long customer now! Thanks!!
