★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an appointment at 9, dropped off my car at 8:30, a dude called me at 9:40 and said we got your car and we are starting to work on it. But apparently, they are invisible because I was standing next to my car when they called me and said we got your car. Then after 4 hours they called back and said we couldn't fix the problem come get your car and we wasted 4 hours of your time. All they had to do was to drive my car for 10 mins, figure out where is the noise coming from and this apparently takes 4 hours for them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been a loyal customer since I bought my car in 2017. Changing my review from 5-star to 1-star today in 2021. They stopped giving co-op carwash coupons last year “because of covid”. Not because of safety because the co-op carwash is touchless and contactless. I know business is down so I can forgive them for cutting down services. Today I went in for a seasonal tire swap and they charged me extra for “hazardous waste disposal”. I’m not an expert on cars but there is no hazardous waste involved in changing a tire. Business is down and these are the tricks they pull on their loyal customers. Will be taking my oil changes and tire swaps somewhere else next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After an oil change they advised that my engine was leaking oil and I would have to replace the oil pump. This would be major repair work and it would cost approximately $2400. I went to an independent garage and they fixed the problem by replacing the oil pressure switch and the oil drain plug at a cost of $240. I'd recommend always getting a second opinion whenever they recommend major repair work. What do you have to lose?
