Patrick Hasselmann has been my primary contract at Birchwood, his product knowledge, enthusiasm and energy has always been a highlight when dealing with Patrick.
But even beyond him, the entire staff have always made us feel welcome and have gone out of their way to meet and exceed our expectations.
They are friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and we always have an enjoyable experience when dealing with Birchwood BMW.

Solomon in particular has been very professional and helpful in finding my dream car. He goes above and beyond. When you have such great customer service experience, of course you want to come back.
The moment you walk in, someone is right there to greet you, offer coffee and navigate you.
