Not only did Kristen try to her best to work with the old insurer to try and help us she then went out of her way to procure new insurance options for us and she was able to get us a very competitive quote that was actually cheaper than the original insurance carrier we were with. Kristen was very kind, reassuring, professional and efficient throughout this entire process and I would highly recommend her services!

I am a new entrepreneur, and I recently launched a social-emotional mentoring service. Given that there is nothing quite like this, finding the right plan was a little more involved.
Heather asked a lot of questions and gathered as much information from me as she could, to find a plan that covered all my bases.
I had asked other insurance providers for quotes, however none of the others bothered to gather as many details from me. While the quote from Billyard was higher, it was an easy choice because I knew it actually covered everything I needed.
Heather provides excellent customer service. She is friendly, informative and communicates clearly and considerately.
