I had the pleasure of talking with Mark from scoop and he was awesome to talk to. We got everything set up for me to start my new policy and was pleased with the my new rate for insurance. I look forward to talking with him again. Had some good laughs through the conversation as well.

Had a great experience working with Sara. She was patient, thorough and communicated with me throughout the process of getting an auto policy. It was a little complicated since I just moved to the country and this would be my first policy, but Sara was available to provide answers to all my questions and helped me gather the necessary documents. I ultimately decided to get insurance elsewhere since rates were not as competitive in my case, but I'll definitely consider working with Sara again next time I'm in the market for auto insurance.

Mitchell did such a great job on helping me find the best auto insurance rate. I would recommend him to help you find the best rate. He was fantastic with making a quote and making sure i got that rate. Mitchell is a professional and knows how to make a smooth renewal. Now i don't have to worry about higher payment that i was paying before. Thank you Mitchell .

I recently purchased my very first new vehicle and I’m so glad I went through Scoop to find insurance. I was assisted by Dallon, one of the sales brokers and he was so helpful and friendly. My family has gone through other agencies where they were often left confused with the information given, thankfully, Dallon was very good with explaining everything to me and answering all my questions. He was so kind and great to deal with that my family will be contacting him in the future for their insurance inquiries.

I am so pleased with the service I have received with this company. It did start out a little rocky with the first agent, but then I spoke to a woman named Amanda(whom was absolutely amazing and understanding)she set me up with an agent named Liam Cain. I have to say in all my years working in Customer Service I would want to be dealing with this young man all the time. He actually listens. He is patient, kind and follows through. Thank you, I will definitely be referring you to whomever i know that needs Insurance!

I was recently referred to Scoop through Rates.ca as I was looking for some cost savings on the insurance policy for my vehicle. My current policy was up for renewal and I had made arrangements with the Scoop broker to have the policy in place in time to avoid the automatic renewal of my existing policy. They insisted that I wait until the day of after requesting some additional information the week prior. I replied with the information requested and did not receive any feedback. I followed up by email twice and again received no response. With my policy renewal set to come into effect automatically I was left to sit on hold for nearly 3 hours before I was disconnected and their office had closed. I followed up the next day and I was advised that the gentleman I had been dealing with had left the company. My file left dormant and was being referred to a manager to escalate my situation within the company as I was advised that, any change at this point would likely result in an early cancellation fee from my current policy provider, eliminating any of the cost savings I was hoping to achieve by making the switch in the first place. The manager contacted me the next day and implied that she was going to finish my quote - my quote had been finished by the previous contact - and she would get back to me. I was then sent a quote for almost twice what I was originally quoted from a different insurance company. Her response was that I had not disclosed an at fault accident from 7 years prior - which I had. This was the best they could do. I caution anyone from doing business with this brokerage if this is how they handle screwing over a potential new customer. I was relying on them to get my new policy in place in time and when they failed miserably all they had to say was sorry. Sorry doesn't help me in this situation and I want to make sure everyone is aware of the risks of counting on these people to do their job.

I recently took on the task of finding a better insurance rate outside of the family plan, for the first time, and was fortunate to be connected with Layne. She was very professional, and proactive in helping me secure the best rate for my vehicle. It was not as intimidating as I was thinking, but that is largely due to Layne having the knowledge to explain the steps along the way. Thank you for your great customer service!
