D	Dayna Corriveau Wilson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nothing for kids to do nearby, better for families without children. My low rating is due to the complete malicious dishonesty of the host. He claimed our families stole pillows when we just had put them out of the way and he didn't see them at first. He claimed we "trashed the place" because my 3 year old daughter got a small spot of washable crayola marker on the bedding and we didn't vacuum after leaving. We left with the dishes done and garbage collected into a single area - There were no garbage bags and we were not told where to dispose of garbage, otherwise we would have done so. He destroyed my friend's air bnb rating without even communicating and tried to extort us into paying an additional $200 to replace "stolen and destroyed bedding." I absolutely would not recommend staying here, particularly if you are a young family.
H	Heather Hooton on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful location and building, sadly the cabin was not equipped with enough toilet paper or garbage bags and no way of recycling or composting. The cabin is located in a gated community so if you are traveling with more than one vehicle you need to leave and return together as only one clicker is provided. This location does have an issue with rodents as we were kept up most of the night listening to them scurry around the bedrooms and kitchen. Mouse droppings could be found in every bedroom and bathroom along with piles of dead bugs in the lighting fixtures. This is not a child friendly environment and I am very disappointed in the lack of honesty in the cabins description. The 'lake' is not swimmable or fishable! It is beautiful to look at but honestly has nothing to offer children as far as swimming. Not being able to contact the building management was also very concerning. We called several times with no response. I am sad we wasted our time and money on a vacation that could have been so amazing if the owners had just posted the correct information about this location and what it has to offer or in this case what it doesn't offer!
A	Aaron Tavakoli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Phenomenal property for a relaxing trip with the family. We went up with a group of 10 and had plenty of space to grill and relax in. Close proximity to Manning Park - with heaps of hiking and easy lake access. Has all the amenities, cable TV, WiFi and fully stocked kitchen. Would recommend!
J	John Hogan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very spacious accommodations. Lots of beds so our group of 7 all had somewhere to sleep. The kitchen was well equipped and easy to cook in. Only negatives was that we had to meet the caretaker to get access to the cabin instead of simply retrieving the key from a lockbox. Also, the cabin is beyond a gate, so if your party is arriving at different times, you have to go down and open the gate for them. There was cellphone reception so we were able to communicate with the rest of our party though. Overall, a great stay at a reasonable price.

Also, I liked how there was a beautiful deck out the front with chairs to get away from the kids. I loved how there was a basement with lots of space with a bathroom and places to sit and a bar.
