★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have bought all my lawn and garden equipment from Bill's Repair and have it serviced and repaired there. Their level of knowledge and experience is hard to find.
I recently bought a Toro zero-turn at Bill's Repair. The owner, Dave, was very helpful, from choosing the right model to delivering it and staying until I felt comfortable using it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my mower in for repair and Dave said they would call me with estimate of the work that needs to be done within two weeks. That was three months ago. Haven't heard a word. I think I had better pick my mower up. I won't be back. It's too bad I have bought several.items there and it has been my go to repair shop for many years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you must get any work done by this repair shop, make sure you get everything in writing, including what the pickup and delivery charge is going to be. Somewhat knowledgeable, but the word of the owner (who is also the main salesperson) is not worth very much as it will change from one moment to the next. I know, I learned the hard way and ended up taking my machine back as I was not willing to continue doing business with someone who is neither trustworthy or reliable. When I got his bill for doing basically nothing with my machine, he charged me $10.00 over and above what he quoted me for a 15 minute drive either way.
This business is disorganized, totally unreliable and at times very unprofessional. The business owner can be completely unreasonable even when faced with facts. Expect to wait some time to get your machine back and pay a high price for service and parts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dave, the owner, knows how to treat a (potential) customer He knows that the customer (you) knows pretty much what he/she wants to spend money on. His prices are fair and include delivery/pickup, whatever you buy you get in working condition - oil, a little gas to try it out when you get it. Just like the good old days service his dad (Bill) taught him. Also, he has been in business long enough to know what products NOT to carry, and all the reasons not to.
Get your broken machines fixed there, or replace it with something new and better. Like me, you'll be glad you did!
