From the start of entering the business. I was welcomed and greeted by staff. Service was a 10. I recommend Biktrix to everyone who wants a great bike and excellent quality. Thank you Biktrix for the service and most important the e bike. 4900 plus kilometers this summer.

Love My New Bike But Service in store is lacking , When I went into the store I felt the sales guy did not have time for me at all . Phoned said my bike was ready it was not battery still in the box when they told my brother that everything would be charged and go to go , They had no problem discussing things with my brother ?? Salesman did not even acknowledge me, he was to busy with man he was dealing with about a seat ( even though we bought and paid for three bikes $8000) I have been in customer service for over 20 years This guy needs some training The girl behind the counter was very nice and trying her best to help The guy that puts the bikes together was also nice and helped me put my bike in my SUV

I recently did a virtual sales meeting with Mark in the Saskatoon office. He was very knowledgeable and answered every question I had. He was able to give me information on the warranty and customer service. Mark was willing to sit on the bike I am considering so we were able to discuss sizing a fit. He is only one inch taller than me so it was very helpful. He even out some pannier bags on the bike to show how they fit. Thanks again Mark.

I have the Juggernaut Ultra Duo 3, with 27.5 x 3" MTB wheels. Very stable, very smooth to shift the gears, very powerful, very fast. This bike is a pleasure to ride. It uses industry standard components. I got it for country roads, rural paved back roads, rail trails, forestry roads, and urban street riding. It's a bit big for urban bike paths. Love the range associated with this; range anxiety will be rare with this bike. Customer service has been prompt and capable. Would recommend.

I ordered a Juggernaut Ultra Duo 3, that Biktrix received on May 2. The web site had a banner across the top of the page telling everyone it could take 2 weeks to ship due to pandemic and supply issues. Still, 2 weeks later to the day, my e-bike shipped right on schedule, with me receiving it today. This is, without a doubt, one of the best companies I have ever had the privilege of working with. I bugged the c**p out of them, getting dimensions, asking about this and that, for the entire 2 weeks. Not once were they short or upset about all the inane stuff I asked for. They knew everything, first hand, that I asked about, and kept me in the loop all the way until after Fed Ex dropped it off. I'll come back and review my bike after I get some time on it. But out of the box it's very, very impressive. I thought it would be an injustice not to comment on what a great organization this is. If you're getting an e-bike, this is the company you want to go with. You won't find a better product or group of people to invest in.

I bought a really expensive bike from this Canadian Company, I have been so impressed with both the quality of the bike and the customer service I received when I needed some support. I am an amputee and plan on using this product like an electric motorcycle, as I am not able to peddle without my prosthetic leg falling off. I wanted something that I could trust/reliable all while making me feel normal biking with my family. This bike met both my requirements. I highly recommend this company, and I don't say that often about businesses that I have bought from. If you are looking for an Ebike, this Canadian company and product wont disappoint you. Now if only this snow would milt, I can get out and enjoy it. lol

In my case, I made some initial product inquiries which quickly led to Biktrix customer assistance contacting me to set up a phone appointment to further discuss my needs. The eventual phone conversation was amazing. I got excellent guidance on the best model choice and customizations for me and a wealth of other helpful insights from a friendly ebike expert along with clear instructions on the simple steps I would need to take to complete the order. This conversation was natural, unrushed, and without any pushy sales tactics. After several pleasant email communications provided me swift and exceptionally detailed answers to all my follow-up questions, I confidently completed my purchase. It took about two weeks for them to build my bike and ship it out, and one week to take physical delivery of it. The box arrived in good condition and the assembly went like clockwork with no issues. Everything was exactly as ordered, mostly pre-assembled, and packed with meticulous care. Not a scratch, no missing bolts. An initial display error was quickly remedied when I noticed the spoke-mounted speed sensor magnet wasn't lined up with the frame-mounted sensor. It was probably bumped out of place in transit. Hugely impressed with the overall build quality and its value relative to competitors' offerings of the same configuration and premium components. I could not be more pleased with the diligent care and responsiveness of their customer assistance team. The timeframe from order to delivery met my expectations. I wish the package included instruction manuals for setting the suspension and Bafang display, but of course all that info can be easily found on the Biktrix site and on the individual component brand sites online. I am completely satisfied with my buying experience, customer support interactions, and the product itself. I've put approximately 95km on the bike in the three days I've had it, on rough trails and pavement over moderately hilly terrain. Everything works as expected. This is an extraordinarily sturdy machine with a remarkably potent powerplant. It rides beautifully, powerfully, makes me feel superhuman. I highly recommend approaching the Biktrix company for your next ebike. From what I have seen, Biktrix is an incredible team of keenly engaged professionals, and I genuinely believe that Biktrix is currently the global benchmark for the ebike industry in both quality of products and quality of service.

Great company with very helpful service. The ebike was built with solid construction and is a good balance of price and performance. The juggernaut classic duo with 750w Bafang mid-drive motor delivers 120 Nm of torque and is more than adequate to climb the steepest hill. The return policy of this company is not the best because the bike is heavy and costly to ship, so make sure you know what you want before buying this bike. I also bought an extended warranty to ensure peace of mind as the motor is not inexpensive.
