★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Closed the Saskatoon store where I rented from and made me pay to ship my son's instrument for school back to Regina. 3 weeks after I mailed it my Visa was still being charged for the monthly fee. They said they never received it. Turns out they were only were open certain hours and then blamed Canada Post for not being able to deliver it. Made me call Canada Post to try to find out where the item was being held, despite me giving them the tracking number and confirmation that I sent it. Surprised they didn't ask me to drive down and deliver it again myself....Will never use this company again. Long & McQuade has my business from now on!

Easy monthly payment plan and for an extra $5/month, my son's flute is covered even against theft. Thanks for the awesome service!!! Long & McQuade has lost my business

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shop is well organized. As you walk in you will be greeted by the really friendly staff who would ask if you need help. We wanted to rent a Saxophone for our daughter. They didn't have any so we had no choice but renting a brand new one. The staff explained the ins and outside of the contract and what we needed to know. The whole process didn't take more than 20 minutes and we were walking home with a brand new music instrument for our happy daughter.
