I live nearby and appreciate the ever-changing window display as well as the sale section they always keep stocked in the back. The only thing I'd mention is that I feel like the staff are constantly next to me, asking questions, and are not subtle about following shoppers around. I'm assuming the reason they have a heavy staff presence is because of theft, but I've gotten to the point where I check what they have online first and don't spend as much time browsing.

I greeted by several staff upon entering in a genuinely friendly manner and they guided me to the area I was was needing to go. The young woman in footwear was so helpful. Unfortunately there wasn't a pair that worked but she recommended several other small, local shops that might be a next step to look.
Kindness, knowledge + passion. This is what what keeps a community vibrant (business or otherwise)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like the clothing and often want to purchase many items, however, most of the time, they do not carry my size (xs). The staff look on their sizing charts to help me find the item I want in the colour I like, but only twice have they had my size in stock. I am frustrated because I find most outdoor gear stores carry a very narrow size range. As a person who works outdoors it is essential I get good quality athletic items, but I struggle to find them. I am not the only small woman who has his experience.
