★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited this store today, it was absolute chaos, like nobody knows what they are doing. Fitting rooms were just full of bottoms and tops on the bench. Purchased two items only because I was short on time and needed a new top and bottoms. The lady at the till just threw my items in a bag and said have a nice day. I likely won’t go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a joke of a store for customer service. $70-$160 swimming suits and you can’t even find a person who works there who is willing to get you a size, check on your progress or clean the fitting room even. Had to fight with the staff to get them to look for a size for me. The sales staff don’t care, and even the lady who seemed like the manager who was around for all this, didn’t stop to check to see if her customers were being looked after. Not a great experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service EVER!!!! The girls don’t know a thing about customer service, don’t know maths or they are extremely racist to brown people! They refused to accept a perfectly valid venngo code - stating they had never used such a code before. They called their manager to check and their manager called it a scam code. Haha. Just because you are ignorant does not mean it’s scam. Over that, they had a free towel offer for purchase over $200 (which I qualified for) but they never brought it up although it was clearly advertised in front of them. They acted as if they didn’t know! When I asked them about it they seemed hesitant and reluctant! Who does that? Glad I saved my $200, and they lost what could have been a loyal customer!!!
