La responsable en magasin, Netania (désolée pour l’orthographe probablement erroné !), a donné un service incroyable et personnalisé, a été patiente et gentille. De plus, elle connaît très bien ses produits. Ce sera maintenant mon magasin sans aucun doute! En espérant que le travail de cette employée soit reconnu lors de sa prochaine évaluation ! En ces temps où il est difficile de trouver du personnel, il faut reconnaître les employés qui vont rayonner l’entreprise en plus de donner un service à la clientèle de grande qualité.
Great service! I was hesitant to go there but I was pleasantly surprised by both the service and the choice. The store manager, Netania (sorry for the probably wrong spelling!), gave amazing, personalized service, was patient and kind. In addition, she knows her products very well. This will now be my store without a doubt! Hoping that the work of this employee will be recognized during her next evaluation! In these times when it is difficult to find staff, it is necessary to recognize the employees who will radiate the company in addition to providing high quality customer service.
