★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J’ai fait la file d’attente 15 min sachant que il y avais 2 personnes à la caisse et aucun client dans la file d’attente devant moi…. Prendre autant de temps pour présenter les produits qui sont en rabais c’est un peu pas normal… bref terrible service…
 I queued for 15 minutes knowing that there were 2 people at the checkout and no customers in the queue in front of me…. Taking so much time to present products that are on sale is a bit unusual… in short, terrible service…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aucune écoute client, leur seul but est de vendre et non conseillé les clients. Service très lent. Quand il y a une longue file un membre du personnel se promène dans la file pour dire aux gens que ça ne sera pas long au lieu d'aider ses collègues a faire accélérer le service.
No listening to customers, their only goal is to sell and not to advise customers. Very slow service. When there is a long line a member of staff walks through the line to tell people it won't be long instead of helping their co-workers speed up the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service extrêmement long! J’ai fait une commande en ligne à venir chercher en magasin pour sauver du temps, car habituellement on vient me la porter directement dans la file d’attente. Cette fois, aucun employé n’est venu me voir et j’ai dû attente 45 minutes même si le tout était déjà payé. Des gens dans ma file ont même finit par partir tellement c’était long!
Extremely long service! I made an online order to pick up in store to save time, because usually they bring it to me directly in the queue. This time, no employee came to see me and I had to wait 45 minutes even though everything was already paid for. People in my queue even ended up leaving it was so long!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Voyons voir...25 minutes d'attente derrière 1 personne...pour devoir remplir une feuille rendu à la caisse...ce qui aurait pu être fait dans la ligne d'attente. Les vendeurs sont super gentils et tout, mais le format de vente doit être revu. 40 minutes en tout pour acheter du café...perte de temps monumentale.
En vérité c'est de la vente à pression. Il est impossible de prendre le café de l'étagère, payer et partir. Il faut absolument parler avec un vendeur qui va tenter de vous vendre des choses en promo. Ils sont gentils...mais ça reste de la vente à pression pour du café...
Let's see...25 minutes of waiting behind 1 person...to have to fill out a form at the checkout...what could have been done in the waiting line. The sellers are super nice and all, but the sales format needs to be reviewed. 40 minutes in all to buy coffee...monumental waste of time.
It's actually pressure selling. It is impossible to take the coffee from the shelf, pay and leave. It is absolutely necessary to speak with a seller who will try to sell you things on sale. They are nice...but it's still pressure selling for coffee...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love their machines and coffee, and the people are always helpful and friendly. But, since I am a Vertuo user, I have no choice but to buy my capsules from them. Waiting times are absurd. Between reduced business hours and staff shortages, it is not unusual to wait for over an hour. I am seriously thinking about selling my coffee maker. Absolutely ridiculous. They should allow third parties to sell their Vertuo capsules.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wish I didn’t have to order 99$ worth of coffee to get free delivery because going to the store is very frustrating, so many sales pitches when I always specifically tell the salesperson that all I want is coffee. I was the only customer and it took over 15 minutes to get my 6 sleeves of coffee ! The salesperson offered me just about everything in the store except a recycling bag which I needed and forgot to ask ! Luckily I was able to get some using the online chat.
