★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experience désastreuse je n'irai pu jamais la. Pose d'une fausse pierre sur ma première bague au lieu d'une vraie pierre tel que demandé. Et ma deuxième bague, pierre posé mais même pas ajusté à ma grandeur tel que demandé. En plus la vendeuse me charge le plein prix comme si les réparations avaient été fait quand j'ai été récupéré mes bagues. Aucune compréhension de l'employé.
 Disastrous experience I could never go there. Placing a fake stone on my first ring instead of a real stone as requested. And my second ring, stone placed but not even adjusted to my size as requested. In addition the saleswoman charges me the full price as if the repairs had been done when I got my rings. No understanding of the employee.

We can not do worse as a welcome in a jewelry store. We feel uncomfortable there. Maybe I did not fall well. Too bad.

J'ai pris la peine de poser la question à savoir s'ils pouvaient me faire le rabais Boxing Day et la conseillère, qui elle était super sympathique, a à son tour demandé à son supérieur, M. Leblanc, qui lui m'a répondu qu'ils n'étaient pas au courant de ce à quoi allaient ressembler les promotions d'après Noël. Il dit alors que je n'aurai qu'à me présenter après les fêtes et que la différence me sera remboursée. Je me présente donc le 26 et je fais la file d'attente à l'extérieur de la boutique pour ensuite me faire répondre qu'ils ne font pas ça, qu'il ne m'a jamais dit ça. Et bien M. Leblanc, vous êtes un menteur et plus jamais je ne remettrai les pieds dans votre établissement. Nous devrions être heureux et satisfaits de faire un tel investissement mais la conclusion est loin d'être celle escompté, vous flouez vos clients, vous n'avez aucun respect pour votre clientèle. J'aurais dû faire mon achat au Costco ou eux offraient même la possibilité d'un remboursement... On est loin de vos politiques mensongères...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je ne recommandera jamais cette boutique,il y a quelque année,jai acheter un bijou du style pandora pour un cadeau,comme je nétais pas sur de la grosseur,jai demander si cest remboursable ,on me repond oui,mais comme de fait ,la promesse na pas été tenu et jai eu un crédit quand je nai rien a acheté dautre dans cette boutique,je ne conseille pas du tout cette boutique. Heureusement jai donnée le crédit a quelquun de ma famille de la montérégie qui eu un meilleur service que cette boutique pathétique
I will never recommend this store, a few years ago, I bought a pandora-style jewel for a gift, as I was not sure of the size, I asked if it was refundable, I was told yes, but as a matter of fact, the promise was not kept and I had a credit when I did not buy anything else in this shop, I do not recommend this shop at all. Fortunately I gave the credit to someone in my family from the Montérégie who had better service than this pathetic shop
