C'est comme si tous les chandailles et pantalons étaient pareille sauf de différentes couleurs, mais toujours dans les mêmes 3-4 couleurs par saisons. Je trouve qu'il y a un peu moins de service aussi, c'est peut être dû à un manque de main d'oeuvre, je ne sais pas, mais ça se ressens!
I find that there is less choice in recent years. It's as if all sweaters and pants were the same except in different colors, but still in the same 3-4 colors per season. I think there is a little less service too, it may be due to lack of manpower, I do not know, but it feels!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Les vêtements sont d'une bonne qualité en générale. Par contre, le service après-vente est laissé à désiré. J'ai voulue me faire rembourser des vêtements et c'était l'enfer! La seule alternative était une carte cadeau. Je ne me suis pas sentie écouter. J'ai des vêtements que je ne porterais pas et je ne veux plus dépenser un sous de plus dans cette entreprise.
The clothes are of good quality in general. On the other hand, the after-sales service is left to desired. I wanted to get paid for clothes and it was hell! The only alternative was a gift card. I did not feel listening. I have clothes that I will not wear and I do not want to spend more money on this business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to this Reitmans when I was visiting a friend in Sherbrooke. This store had many good deals aeound Christmas. I feel like this location in Sherbrooke, Quebec has a much better variety of coats, maybe because it is much colder in Sherbrooke than in Hamilton, Ontario.
