★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love this Mac's! Awesome, friendly staff. Very clean. Has a Subway inside. They never run out of diet coke and the price of their pop is less than half of a 7 11.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This has always been my local store. A short walk from my home I have spent thousands at this location.
Once it changed ownership it has gone downhill.
Some of the staff remind me of its previous glory and you know who you are. But the negative behavior is getting troublesome.
I always try and be friendly with any human. But the repeated displays of unprofessional behavior has me asking what has changed?
Please look into maintaining and cleaning inside and outside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just came back with my kids after we tried to redeem rock paper game coupons, the cashier didn’t want to redeem then i called the manager who was not better than the cashier and he said read the coupons before you come to redeem???also come in the morning to redeem coupons!!! They both were not happy to give our rewards and treat us badly very bad customer treatment. I am from Regina and deal with such store is upsetting me especially this happened while my kids with me who were happy to redeem the prizes.... any way i have the receipts they asked me to buy one get one free while the coupons were all free items. I don’t have problem if was that right but it wasn’t.... very bad never recommend this store to anyone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service I have ever seen. The 2 employees were talking to eachother loudly from the time I walked in. The guy infront of me said thank you. The employees didn't even acknowledge his existence. So after I purchased my items I said extra loudly Thank you! And the employees still talking at full volume didn't acknowledge my existence again. Do yourself a favor walk across the street to the 7 eleven.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really hope that I couldnt give a one star. For DoorDash order I waited for 25 min. guy said I cannt step out of paypoint as store is busy.I collected all items and then he said give me 10 min more to scan all items.
I left a store without taking order.
Its happen on Friday evening.
