Donc ca ma coûté bcp plus cher que prévu ? mon chum aimait pas les autres produits ! Il a été oubliger d'en choisir un autre Pourtant ses eux qu'il ont vendu un produit défectueux!
Good service ... the only problem ... is that it does not reimburse the product if it is defective ? forget to choose another product even if it is not the same!
So it cost me a lot more than expected ? my boyfriend did not like other products! He was forgetting to choose another one yet it was theirs that he sold a defective product!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai faite affaire avec le gérant de la boutique , j'achete 4 bague et je revien le lendemains pour me les faire rembourser car j'ai trouver 5 fois moin cher ailleur , il ne veu rien entendre ..malgré que il ne ma pas informer que ce n'étais pas remboursable et que ce n'est pas afficher nul part..je suis moi même directeur de boutique et si mes employer n'informe pas de la politique de remboursement pour les produit scellé (donc non revendable pas comme les bagues que j'ai achetés) et bien je rembourse malgré tous car le service clientèle prédominent pour moi et c'est de notre faute de ne pas avoir expliqué notre politique a un nouveaux client...employer très arrogante ne laissais pas parler le gérants et passait des petit commentaire désobligeants pendant notre interactions.
I did business with the manager of the store, I bought 4 rings and I come back the next day to get them reimbursed because I found 5 times cheaper elsewhere, he does not want to hear anything .. despite not inform that it was not refundable and that it is not displayed anywhere..I am myself the store manager and if my employer does not inform about the refund policy for the sealed product (therefore not resalable not like the rings I bought) and well I refund anyway because customer service predominates for me and it is our fault not to have explained our policy to a new customer ... employ very arrogant did not let speak the managers and made small derogatory comments during our interactions.

Je vous déconseille d’y venir!

Mon conjoint a acheté des bagues la veille et ils étaient finalement pas contents de son choix.. alors nous sommes retournés le lendemain pour se faire rembourser.. et SURPRISE ce n’est pas remboursable. Ils ont jamais dit a mon conjoint que ce n’était pas remboursable et il a même poser la question si c’était échangeable alors ça aurait été le parfait moment pour le mentionner.. Ensuite, ils ont dit que c’était à nous de le savoir ou de le demander si c’est remboursable.. comment prendre l’argent d’un client, c’est vraiment mal honnête.. plus jamais nous allons faire affaires avec cette bijouterie. En plus, de l’arrogance de la dame me disant que mon conjoint est assez grand pour prendre des décision par lui même .. comme si c’est moi qui voulais pas qui les achètent.. nous encourageons une boutique local aux lieux de commander sur internet…
Really bad experience !! My partner bought rings the day before and they were ultimately not happy with his choice .. so we went back the next day to get a refund .. and SURPRISE this is not refundable. They never told my partner that it was not refundable and he even asked if it was exchangeable so that would have been the perfect time to mention it. Then they said it was up to us to know it or ask if it's refundable .. how to take a customer's money is really bad honest .. never again will we do business with this jewelry. In addition, the arrogance of the lady telling me that my partner is old enough to make decisions on his own .. as if it is me who does not want to buy them .. we encourage a local shop instead of ordering on the Internet…

A PLACE TO AVOID AT ALL COST (PRICE) 0 0 0 super mediocre place (A 9-month-old lady having super good service,,, I called back she was not there (a manager took this place ouffff crazy bin stiff on the phone aggressive to hang up! I call back 4 days later a lady answers me so I ask if it's open she says yes it closes at 5 hrs,,, I arrived at 4 hrs CLOSE (3 TIMES) the same ....
