★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The first time I came to this store it was a suggestion from my in laws as they purchase jewlery from here. I had a custom made pearl necklace made on a gold chain with pearls from a necklace my brother bought in Dubai. The necklace was gorgeous and I was happy with the service. I came back with a ring to see if it was moissanite and gold, not cubic zircon, they confirmed it was gold, and later at another store I had it checked and they confirmed it was moissanite.
My reason for three stars is because when looking for a second wedding band to go with my engagement ring (not the ring for appraisal) the customer service lady very very rudely said "Well that's not a diamond" and I said "No it is not it's moissanite" after leaving the store my fiance was embarrassed and apologized to me. I was very sad to experience this but I am hoping the sales lady was just having a bad day.
Edit: Again to reiterate, it was the problem of the customer service lady who commented on my own personal engagement ring, not the ring I brought in to be looked at. I also never said that with purchasing a new band it couldn't be diamonds.
