★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Listen, today I went for my first brazilian wax ever. I was very nervous, but Nathalie made me feel super comfortable and it wasn't nearly as painful as I thought it was going to be.
I also noticed they sell Dermalogica products, they make my favorite exfoliant. When I saw that I thought ''they knooow what they're doing''
Now i'm at home and i'm smooth as a baby's bum and there's absolutely no irritation or rawness... I just feel really good.
Just saying, I'm never using a razor again.
I highly recommand for any first timer. I higly recommand for anyone who wants a good wax with a very kind and thorough technician.
I will definitely try their other services in the future.

The team really knows their product, after a brief consultation I decided to book in for a facial. Will let you know how it goes!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was an amazing massage. Hadn't been in a long time and I was definitely overdue. Natalie was the best, she listened to what I asked and I feel 100 times better than before my 90min massage. I will be going back and definitely recommend Calme Spa ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommend this place. I had a massage with Stephanie and it was the best I’ve ever had. Extremely relaxing and she really listens to what your needs are and focuses on those. Very clean place and super friendly staff. Also went there to buy skincare products and they offered great guidance on which products would suit my needs and they worked miracles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for a brazilian wax. I have done this many times before but I moved so I wanted to try somewhere closer to my new home.
Full bikini wax it’s a hard technique that requires experience and you can tell the level of experience of the technician from the first minute. I could tell this girl didn’t have much experience since the first time she pull the strip. I decided to gave her an opportunity and I highly regret it.
The wax was way too hot so when I mentioned it she probably lower the heat but it was too late I was already burnt. Also as she was showing no experience at all, she was waxing the same parts over and over (probably to remove the excess of wax or the hair that was not removing because she was pulling the wrong direction) which caused irritation and other parts burnt.
When she finished she handed me a wipe with oil to clean myself. I could touch the amount of wax left in my private area also the amount of hair left behind. She offered to look again but at that point I couldn’t trust her anymore. When I got home I could see had badly I was burnt, left with tons of wax and still with hair.
I give two stars because the place is clean and has online booking which was a pro for me. I don’t recommend this place for waxing.
