The guy missunderstood as he thinks I have high expectations for a earlier appointment and start to talk to me like he is my mother... It was too long to summarize, I hope this enlighted you enough to understand. Used to be a client, I cut it as quick as the lightning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ September 2018 I took my daughters car to UNI-PRO on Grand Blvd in Ile Perrot to have the front brakes replaced at 56000k/33600m. They were replaced at a cost of approx. $450. So you will understand my surprise that when I took her car to have the snow tires installed at another garage (April 2020) 89900k/53940m I was informed that there was 5% of the brakes left.
Ceramic brakes were installed and It is interesting to note that while ceramic brake pads cost a little more, they usually last longer than semi-metallic brake pads and are able to stand up to heavy amounts of stop and go driving.
Carbon ceramic brake discs are nothing if not durable. They're designed to last for the car's entire lifetime, unlike conventional steel brakes, which need to have their discs replaced every 15,000 to 70,000 miles.
However, the proprietor doesn’t seem to agree with that fact and his only solution is to change the brakes and pay again.
I do not recommend this garage at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this auto mechanic. He always talks to me even when I was with mon chum which I find very respectful since it's is my car. The repairs they make are always correct and have never had to go back to address the same problem. They let me know about issues even if I didn't go in for that problem. They always call, show you the issues, and get repaired as quickly as possible. Did one job urgently when I was leaving to go to NS and came in under estimate! ♥️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First and foremost these guys do a great job and both times I have gone into their shop it was not planned and last minute. I forgot to get the Gentleman's name at counter but he helped set me up both times and was easy to speak with. Yesterday's visit was last minute and in the middle of tire change season and they still got me in and out in less than 4 hrs. Amazing.
The workers are efficient, friendly and the services well priced for what they provide the customers they serve. For me, they're down the street and damn reliable in both visits so these guys have my business. They should have yours too.
If you're looking for a garage, go into here as the team is great and you should leave like I did, smiling and worry free about the car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely happy and very satisfied with Uni-Pro. I had a flat tire in a snow storm. My tires are those that are hard to find. I found uni-pro by goggle search, and made a call. Never knew they could service my car so fast. Got an appointment the next day, got new tires, and other minor services done. I got a very much needed professional advice, and i am committed to heed their advice. What's more? Great Price. Thank you Patrick!

They have always been up front and honest about work that needs to be done and work that will need to be done.
Took our car for a break and tire change last week.
Called the next day with concerns. They looked at the car again today and were patient and understanding. Took the tine to explain everything to my husband.
