★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disgraceful! I purchased a battery from this store and later discovered I was grossly overcharged. I paid $15 for a $5 battery. To make matters worse, the battery was a dud and when I tried to return it I was told “we don’t give refunds on anything we sell”. Anything - who runs a business like that. BE WARNED FOLKS!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The watch I have starts to count the seconds 5 by 5 to tell you that the battery is weak. I have free lifetime battery replacement on this watch from Doucet so I bring it to put a new battery. The young lady takes my watch, changes the battery and hands it back to me. The watch is not working, which i point out to her. This older lady comes over, takes the watch and proceeds to give it back to me saying my watch has a problem and that they just put in a new battery. She was immediately confrontational and super rude. I tell her the battery is obviously defective or the installation is incorrect. She dismisses me, and tells the young lady to put back my old battery and give me back my watch. I asked the young lady to try a new battery, which she did (she took a fresh one out of the pack in front of me), and the watch now works. The older lady looked annoyed and insisted all their batteries are new. I don't care, just admit the battery was obviously the problem, stop being rude and condescending to your customer. Avoid the older lady with the blond hair, she's doesn't believe in customer service.
