J'ai commandé un café latté, lait végétal, à la citrouille.
Malheureusement ma boisson était très mauvaise. Un énorme goût étrange qui n'a rien à avoir avec aucun Latté à la citrouille.
Soit le lait, soit le sirop ont un problème.
J'ai très poliment expliqué la situation au comptoir. On a refusé d'échanger ma boisson. On m'a offert un rabais de 25% pour une autre consommation. C'est très malhonnête. Ca café a été tout simplement à la poubelle.
I went to Café Dépôt du Mail Champlain in Brossard.
I ordered a latte, vegetable milk, with pumpkin.
Unfortunately my drink was very bad. A huge strange taste that has nothing to do with any pumpkin lettuce.
Either milk or syrup have a problem.
I politely explained the situation at the counter. We refused to exchange my drink. I was offered a 25% discount for another consumption. It's very dishonest. This coffee was just in the trash.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On a commandé 2 flat white avec lait d'avoine, l'homme derrière le comptoir ne semblait pas savoir c'est quoi un flat white ( pourtant c'est bien sur leur menu). Sa collègue les a donc préparé et j'ai répété "avec lait d'avoine" pour être certaine qu'elle le savait.
Et bien j'ai passé ma soirée avec des douleurs d'estomac parce que surprise! C'était du lait régulier dans nos cafés.
C'est important de faire attention à ces petits détails, les gens ont des allergies et intolérances!
We ordered 2 flat whites with oat milk, the man behind the counter didn't seem to know what a flat white was (yet it's good on their menu). So her colleague prepared them and I repeated "with oat milk" to be sure she knew.
Well I spent my evening with stomach pains because it was a surprise! It was regular milk in our cafes.
It's important to pay attention to these little details, people have allergies and intolerances!
