★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The chicken was really greasy. It is not the most healthy food to start with, but once in a while it's ok to indulge. This however was the worst fried chicken I have ever had. It was beyond greasy. My cats had a good feed and I will never go there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a poutine and the sauce was watered down, VERY liquid'y!!! and was actually see through. The french fries were soggy as if they were sitting in water because of the sauce so the poutine had practically no taste (unless watery and soggy is a taste). Very little cheeses. I sat in front of the drive thru screen for over 5 min (no exaggeration) before calling out because the one guy serving didn't realize I was there. When I pulled up to the window to pay the restaurant had one customer who was sitting and eating, no one in line so not sure why I had to wait over 5 min when there was literally only 1 customer that had already been served. It's the 3rd and last time I go to this location. Each time the quality and service was VERY poor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Go between the hours of 545pm and 7pm. You might wait a little in line but your gonna get the best freshest food ever. I love this place. People with negative feedback want everything for free and served on a silver platter. 5 stars

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give this place 0 stars, 2nd time ordering here online and they gave less than half of gravy and also I mentioned dark meat as my choice and all I got was 1 drumstick, 1 half cut piece of thigh and all wings. They seem to cut their chicken thighs in half because they are so small. Potato salad was almost all raw pieces of potato. Very disgusting food here and this is my last time ordering from here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Exceptional experience today. I ordered in advance via the app. My 25 piece meal was ready on time and accurate. I picked up at the counter. The 2 workers were very pleasant and courteous. Brahim even helped me carry my order to the car. Wish I could give 6 stars!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered the Original recipe bucket which consisted of 20 pieces of hand-breaded bone-in chicken. The chicken was crispy and well-seasonned. The meat was surprisingly not too dry. The breading was thin and lacked the flaky crunch compared to Korean Fried Chicken. The fries were okay. The gravy was average. Nothing too special.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worse piece of chicken I've ever had. Ordered the 18pcs bucket via UberEATS on a Thursday night around 8. The store calls me 15min after to tell me that they only have 16pcs, and asks if it's okay to add 2 tenders. So, i say yes, but no tenders were included in the order. The chicken was soggy, the batter was barely on, and tasted disgusting. See the photo. I barfed it out after the 2nd piece. Waste of $ and time. Let's hope I won't get sick.
Never again!
