★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je fais changer mes batteries de 2 montres je retourne les chercher je paye je m'appercois que une ne marche pas je retourne a la bijouterie pour me faire dire qu'il n'ont pas changé la batterie a cause de la complexité de la montre pourtant il me l'ont chargé .il envoie la montre chez un bijoutier depuis ce temps elle fonctionne très mal..
Quel mauvais service !
I change my batteries of 2 watches I go back to look for them I pay I buy one does not work I go back to the jeweler to be told that they have not changed the battery because of the complexity of the watch yet he has charged me. He sends the watch to a jeweler since then it works very badly ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service plus qu' ordinaire. Lors de ma visite, on m'a clairement dit que je devais repasser puisque les dames étaient en train de ranger leur stock parce que le commerce fermait à 18h... il était 17h20 ... mon argent fera ailleurs.

J'ai reçu un service personnalisé et courtois. C'était la première fois que j'y allais mais la bijouterie m'avait été chaudement recommander par deux de mes amies qui y vont depuis leur enfance. Je la recommande donc à mon tour.
I had my mother's ring restored. The result was beyond my expectations. I also buy a pendant and a chain for my daughter. I received personalized and courteous service. It was my first time there but the jewelry store was highly recommended by two of my friends who have been going there since their childhood. I therefore recommend it in my turn.

Après l'achat d'une montre à 200$, elle est défectueuse 1 mois plus tard et doit faire des pieds et des mains pour avoir ma montre en bonne états une fois quel soit partie pour la garantie. Dernière fois que je fais affaire avec cette bijouterie, c'est sur et certain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bague ancienne a réparer et montre de poche ancienne à graver.Le proprio seul avec une employée se déplace froid et dérangée par ma présence , la bague ne se répare pas, et il ne grave pas les montres qu ,il ne vend pas il quitte. Ouff je n 'acheterais rien là l'idée d'avoir un problème de garantie( et ça arrive sur les bijoux) me dit que le service serait un cauchemar après cet acueil.
