E	Elliott Ardiste on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Horne has really been there through a lot of really difficult medical struggles. The nurse that deals with me every time I come in is super sweet and respectful. The front desk receptionists have always been welcoming and great with me. The only issue I had with this clinic was about 4 years ago. I went in for a swollen lymph node and Dr. Smith tried to talk me into weight loss surgery, then blew off the symptoms I came in for. He talked to me about losing weight for 20 minutes, and then I got charged 75 dollars for the appointment because of a mix up. I was charged 75 dollars to be diagnosed as fat. If not for Dr. Horne, I never would have given this clinic a second chance. I'm glad I did.

The new doctor has been good but twice now i have had to talk to his ignorant, rude and just unpleasant nurse. Hey we all have our days but 2 conversations and 2 times i have been angry after talking. Not once before her with ANY staff have i had an unpleasant visit or phone conversation but now 2 out of 2 with her. Your in the wrong industry and I think you need a job where you dont talk to people! Without her its a 5 star office 100%

Our doctor at the east location Dr Horne is leaving for personal reasons and I for one will miss him and the great friendly front desk staff. I am now looking for a doctor in Lethbridge, hopefully we will find another excellent doctor at Bigelow.

If something comes up and I do not have an appointment, they always do their best to get me in that day, even if it is with another doctor. Both my daughter and I see Dr. Roos. She is an amazing doctor! Very patient, and always listens to everything I have to say. She is also very kind and thorough. She cares a lot about her patients. I have never had a better doctor! Her nursing staff is also amazing! Very patient and kind. I have never had a bad experience at this clinic. I highly recommend it!

He actually listens to what I’m saying, very thorough and truly has my best interests at heart. A very busy clinic and may be waiting for a while, but always receive excellent care from front desk staff and doctors along with counselling! 5/5 stars!
R	Romile Westra on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everytime I call, reception is consistently rude, dismissive, and condescending. Today, reception transferred me to a nurse without even explaining why. It just seemed like they were trying to get me out of their way. When I called back, a different receptionist explained to me in a condescending way what I needed to do. So it's not just one receptionist, everyone I deal with has this problem. I've always been pleasant with them despite their rudeness but today I was rude back and ironically that seemed to bring out a better response out of them. Looking to file a formal complaint if that's even possible.
