B	Braeden H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Save yourself the time, go up to Calgary. Very unprofessional. Really impersonal, we're not guinea pigs. Doesn't give you any sort of treatment plan, keeps you in the dark. I wonder if he'd be any better if he wasn't the only dermatologist in the city.

He does seem to care but he also is there to get a job done...your skin is what he knows best. The office seems fresh and looks great, has a nice feel to it. Beats driving to Calgary when there is a competent doctor right here in Lethbridge.
P	Paula Johnson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have seen Dr. Low three times. All three times he was on time and very professional. Talented that removals were painless and preventative. An absolute asset to the Lethbridge medical community.
C	Cassandra Spivak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I waited 3 months for an appointment to wait an hour and a half to see Dr.Low. He was basically backing out of the room the moment he walked in. There were two other people in the room that didn't bother to introduce themselves nor did he bother to introduce them, they just stared at me the whole time, I am assuming they were students, but who knows. He barely looked at my skin condition, didn't listen to word I said, and when he did hear what I said he responded "That's weird." as he was walking away down the hall. He gave me two different samples of lotion without explaining if he wanted me to use them at the same time or one at a time to see which one worked, and I couldn't ask because he was already gone to the next room. He didn't schedule a follow up to see if anything is working, and to top it all off he prescribed the same medication as my GP which I told him was not working. I guess I am going to have to get a new referral and take a drive to Calgary.
