★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Less than zero stars. I called and asked if I needed an appointment. I was told to just walk in before 3:00 pm. I walked the 18 blocks from my house to the office (40 minutes each way at - 33 degrees centigrade ) to find the office closed for renovations. Why is this information ,a) Not on the web page? And b) Why did the receptionist fail to pass on this information ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice staff, very thoughtful. Was incredibly busy with a very difficult customer in which police were called. Had to wait with an appointment but extremely understandable. Got a small refund, but felt as very pleasant as the lady was, took prolly 2x longer than really needed to be.
