I had many questions about raw and they were answered in full. The person was patient with me and I felt that they genuinely wanted to serve me. I would highly recommend them for any of your pet feeding needs.

I swapped it from being a main protein source to being the 10% bone portion in her meal, but just to let everyone know don't expect chunks like they have in the other meat packs

After dealing with tummy upset and allergies between both my dogs (a 6 month old bully and 9 year old toy poodle) while on kibble, I decided to switch them to raw and saw improvements in their coat and quality of stool immediately. Although I had thought about making the switch for a while, I never did because I was concerned about ensuring they had a balanced diet of organs, bones and meat. After completing a phone consult with Mike, all my questions were answered and I felt confident in starting them on raw. The food comes portioned out in cubes and separated by type of meat so I was able to try out different meats and see how my dogs did on them to find the perfect combination. Alessia at the east end location is very knowledgeable and has been so helpful in answering my questions and providing guidance along the way. Also - it's super affordable compared to other raw food shops in the city. 5 stars all the way! If you're thinking about it - stop. Just email and setup a consult - your dogs will love you for it.

We switched to a special GI kibble from our vet and it just wasn’t working. Our poor dog would starve herself until she was so hungry that she’d eat the kibble that only made her feel worse. She was already very underweight when we first adopted her and this was only making her lose more weight. We went to Big Paws on Davenport and they were incredibly helpful! They set up a consultation with us to discuss if it was the right fit. We are so grateful for the time they spent with us answering our questions, and guiding us through our new diet! They are so passionate about what they do, the service is friendly and the product is consistently great! With COVID, our pick ups and purchases have always felt safe and we appreciate all of their transparency and clarity when required to adjust their store policies. It’s been over 2 years of raw feeding and our dog is actually excited to eat, she is no longer underweight, her energy levels are high, her coat is shiny and soft. She’s a happy dog! Thanks for everything, Big Paws!

Trying to get all errands done in the morning is almost impossible when the location opens at 12:00pm! Is there any way you can adjust your hours of operation to operate earlier? Thanks! Other than that this place is great!
