★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I use to go to joes all the time over the years, but the guy in the cashier looks rude. Says hi to a white male, but i said hi and he just gave me a mean look. I still said thank you to him. Sometimes people need positivity when they're miserable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't confuse this place with Joe's Garden Centre & Grapes that is on the other corner.
This place might have caried groceries, fruits and meats long time ago but now is not more than a convenience store, the sign is misleading, even the phone number on the sign is wrong, they never updated it, it belongs to the previous owner across the street Joe's garden centre & grapes. Al lot of expired product on the shelves and smells like rats.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is nothing more than a messy convenience store. The place you want is across the street, which look to be just a grape wholesaler but actually has a good little grocery with decent dairy and non-perishables. Produce is so-so but the service is friendly.
