The kids in the neighborhood are left to run around and cause trouble cuz no one cares about them. There's usually pee in elevators cuz the drunks have no respect for where they live. Some of the staff are pretty good but some are there for their own reasons like sleeping with the residents. If you have any issues, they're ignored even by the management office at 4020 Dundas cuz no one cares. They'll say "well it is pelham park," like your suppose to accept the b.s cuz you live in housing. Definitely way better Housing buildings in t.o besides this one...
