D	Douglas Richardson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service. Very professional pawnbrokers. If you have valuable valuables, they will lend you the cash! Could not ask for more…use them when I’m in a bind, what a score, Queensglad Pawn on Queen in downtown Toronto.
C	Canadigrass on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad attitude from the management office when asking for help that's actually emergency. Always hear the same excuses or simply my requests are being ignored for the last 5 years since moving into the unit. The buildings are infested with cockroaches, making us feel dirty and ashamed, whenever we have visitors in the evening time. Parcels are getting lost or stolen as the security personnel are careless and the cameras in the lobby area useless. Elevators are dangerous, especially for elderly people as it closes on person's body parts as they're entering. The only pro of these 2 buildings is the location, pool and cheaper rent, otherwise they would be abandoned, with no tenants long-long time ago!

CP24 always needs consumer stories and this will be a good one. Not sure why my Friend is moving here. Will let him know NOT to move here and get their deposit back. All Management does is copy and paste their responses to all complaints. Do they speak any English.

People buy ADVION roach killer bait boxes or gel tubes WORK'S like a charm I love living here the management and maintenance people have always been professional, helpful and polite Daniella puts on a Christmas give away every year , they are always updating common area's, elevators are being upgraded BIG time They always post notices of services updates or unit entry necessity I have HEARD horror stories from other friends about the hell they go thru with their management companies I consider myself VERY Fortunate to live here Thank you to everyone associated with the Crossways
i	ivanka s. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Living here has been the worst experience of my life. elevators constantly down, people smoking cigarettes INTO the hallway, and the garbage collection starts at 5am. i have never had a consistently hot shower, or a peaceful sleep while living in this building. if you are considering, DO NOT PUT IN AN APPLICATION UNLESS YOU ARE SURE this company makes you pay your deposit BEFORE notifying you that you will LOSE the deposit if you are not approved by them. i should have ate my deposit and ran far away.

When you visit the units, the staff act all nice, but after you sign the form and deposit the money, they don't care about you and have a rude attitude. They act like you don't know what you're talking about, and the management will ignore you. They only want to make money of people. Rent may seem cheap, but it's not worth it. Pay $100-200 extra, and go live somewhere else where you will be in peace without roaches, bedbugs and rude management.
S	Sarah M. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The building is old and not properly taken care of. I honestly had no problems in my apartment as I keep it nice and clean. But what makes this place awful is the management. Everybody in the office is rude and unhelpful. If this was a different kind of business, people would get fired. They are still using the excuse of covid to take days to process maintenance orders and to keep the only amenity in the building close. They renovated the laundry room a few years ago, still it is always filthy and today (on a Saturday, when it is the busiest) there are at least 8 washing machines down. They are renovating the elevators as well and it is taking forever, when they said it would only take 3 months per elevator. I understand having one elevator down at a time for renovating, but it is usually the other way around and only one elevator works. There's supposed to be 24/7 security yet packages get stolen all the time, people litter and smoke right in front of the doors with no consequences.
