S	S S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usually quite good. However, tonight the ribs were tough, they didn't fall off the bones like in the past. In fact we had a lot left over because we didn't enjoy it. Very disappointing! When I went to pick up, machine prompting for a tip before it will let you pay. Not a good experience tonight. It will be a long time, if ever, we go back. Perhaps new owners?
Y	YU on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered the Monday special a few weeks ago. It is quite cheap for the amount of food you get, and actually taste pretty good. Some of the ribs are very tender while others are very hard and not falling off the bones so I assumed they were not cooked together, which is understandable as they might be busy due to the Monday special. However, the whole family got quite serious diarrhea multiple times after the dinner and the next day, including my daughter who was sent back by school the next day for diarrhea. We had to wait 48 hours to send her back to school again due to Covid rules the school set. I was excited that I found a cheap and delicious bbq place nearby but it turns out to be slap in the face☹️

Was once the best BBQ joint in Markham, but over the years the quality of food and customer satisfaction has seriously declined. Barely any meat on my ribs and chicken wings, stale fries, and i asked for extra ketchup on the side and didn't even get a single packet. I normally never leave reviews, and i hate leaving bad ones, but i just spent 25 dollars on possibly the worst meal i have ever had. I get we are coming out of a pandemic but raising he price of my usual by 5 bucks and getting poor quality food and my order botched along with it is unacceptable.. Also staff working are very unmotivated, seem like they hate being there which is evident in their food quality. People are dying for jobs these days!! if you dont want to be there then quit! Will not be returning to this location and would love to get my money back if i could. would rate this place 0 starts given the opportunity.
J	Jenn C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Big Bone’s Brisket was so tender and moist and the fried wings with the Cajun rub were tasty and juicy! Ironically their ribs, what they are suppose to be famous for were a bit dry and tough, not fall off the bone tender. As were the original smoked wings and the cornbread, which were also disappointing. Order these over the phone and the person taking my order was very helpful and patient with my long order and questions! Thanks!

C	C T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is worth every penny the food is fantastic and price is unbelievable for what you’re receiving. Great smoked flavour with the original bbq and super soft off the bone ribs and wings. Can’t be beat if you’re craving some bbq anytime of the year.

So I ordered the 60 dollar +tax i.e the party pack number 1 which had 2 full racks , beans, coleslaw, cornbread, large fries and tub of sauce . The racks were really good, the fries were good too tbf. But the coleslaw, beans and especially the cornbread was so disappointing, it was so so hard and dry. The beans was too sweet too, didn't like it one bit. The staff was friendly , especially the lady in the reception but the guy in the back was so dead xD Probably because it might be because he was tired, anyways that isn't an issue. If you are going to this place, I would recommend just trying out the racks alone, nothing more.

Despite repeated second chances, we've been disappointed time and again. Today, we finally got to order the smoked original but ended up with the burnt original. No prideful ribber would ever let this go out the door. Never again!
