★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Couldn't find a bike back home (out of town), stopped in just to look and found not only a bike, but a bike I absolutely admire! Great quality, great service for my first major bike purchase. Quick responses via email and reasonable prices. I'd recommend this place over and over.
Hope to swing by again next time I'm headed to the cabin.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are all awesome. Genuine, helpful people that don't try to sell you stuff you don't need. Being pretty new to the sport it's great being able to chat to a team that doesn't make me feel out of place from my lack of knowledge. With a recent purchase they went well above and beyond changing out stickers on the bike for me. Legends!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 'Cafe' has such a great staff of people! This is hands-down my favorite bike shop in Kamloops! They sell awesome products, have great attitudes, support local events & people and they are located right downtown on Victoria street! Their new location is such a rad improvement to an already stellar business!
No one else works on my bikes except Cafe and myself!

Built my bike in a day vs the week they said it would take, did not try to up sell me on anything I did not need and, when I asked for their opinion on a good set of peddles, told me what they would buy but also gave me really good cheaper options. All around just a great store and great staff. Thanks guys.
