★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow what can I say! I read the reviews and thought there’s no way they can be that good, but I was in the market for a shower system and a new toilet. When I first walked in I was greeted by Dylan, and I have to say his customer service skills were impeccable! I felt very welcomed and also he knew so much about his products that it made it so much easier for me to choose the right products for myself and my family.

As soon as you enter the place all staff friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable with their products and recommendations. Dylan was especially very professional, knowledgeable and assisted us to make decisions on a few pieces for our en-suite bathroom renovation. If you are looking for quality bathroom supplies, excellent customer service experience for the best price, I highly recommend you visit them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service. Ordered shower supplies 4 months ago, and they sourced the wrong colour. Been waiting for an update on the re-order of the correct colour for the last 3 months. No updates and they screen and ignore my calls. Stay away from this place.
