The owner, Haidar, is a genuinely fantastic guy, is very knowledgeable and personable. He helped us select a beautiful product that looks great in our home. His installer was an absolute perfectionist and did excellent work on the floors and the stairs. The staff that work at the store are also very helpful and patient. If you need anything with respect to flooring, tile, moulding, vanities, or supplies, I highly recommend checking them out.

It is worth the drive even from the west end because Rex's customer service is so bad and these guys are always on the ball. You are in and out fast. They have tons of samples cut prepared so you can grab them to show customer if need be... Mo and Yosef are always a pleasure to deal with! Looking forward to more locations!

I am a regular customer since last 4 years and use to deal with a South Asia guy who was extremely nice and had great customer service but this time I am really disappointed as I went to return some stuff and the guy was very rude and blamed me that I have altered the stuff and scratched it which I hardly noticed while buying I explained him I have never used it but this guy didn't accept and keep blaming me instead of finding a solution to return. I even brought an another customer as I have always referred the client here but no one hardly care and at last this guy mentioned me no mater what I am not going to return it.I am never going back to this store.

We called our contractor as we didn't have a warranty in hand. He contacted Cosmaroma and a very professional Rep for the flooring (Aron) visited us, assessed the situation and told us he would contact the store and have them contact us in return. Moe from Cosmaroma contacted us soon after and made arrangements to have the areas repaired. Moe was also efficient and professional and sent installers...like none other...to our home. They were punctual, tidy and did the most amazing job on our flooring. They were in and out like magic and actually cleaned up...inside and out after the job was done. We would highly recommend this company to anyone. The best customer service ever!!!

They quickly provided an accurate and clear quote and started and finished the job within a week thereafter. Their work was very clean and efficient. The end result is exactly what we envisioned. We were so happy with the work on the main staircase that we had Cosmaroma return to do work on a second staircase, including installing and staining new stair treads and risers and sanding and staining the existing posts, hand rails and spindles. Again, they quickly provided an accurate and clear quote and started and finished the job within a week thereafter. Their work continued to be very clean and efficient. We could not be happier with the end result. If you have an older home in the city and are debating what to do with an older staircase, Cosmaroma can definitely breathe new life into it in a short period at a very reasonable price.

Starting from Ryan at the Distribution center who is always friendly, patient and helpful. to the Staff at the Steeles location, thank you for all your help as well. Anytime we have been there or called with questions or product information we have always been given prompt, and courteous service. It is refreshing to deal with people who pride themselves in their customer service these days. They go above and beyond. We recently needed some additional flooring, ad as usual were not disappointed when we called. Ryan was able to locate the flooring for us and have it brought in from the Whitby location. Keep up the great work gentlemen. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking to do any sort of home improvement, or renovations.
