For the delivery, Lori was great sending us status updates and staying in contact with the manufacturers to ensure we received the appliances as quickly as possible. We will definitely use Best Brand again in the future.

My sales person, Marc, took the time to explain all the various features of the various appliances and really listened when I shared my requirements. Marc and the logistics team kept me informed of the expected delivery times all the way through the process and the appliances arrived in the window I was given. Any time I had a question, my emails were returned on the same day (often immediately) with an answer. Even the delivery team was fantastic. They arrived in the window I chose, called me when they were 20 minutes out and were extremely pleasant and professional - laying down cloths on my floor to ensure my new floors were not scratched. All in all a really super experience. I am excited to use my new appliances!
