★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paul did a wonderful job during his home inspection with us. Like many purchases, this was last minute and he was very responsive when we requested the inspection. His knowledge of building codes and ability to see things that a typical home inspector doesn't see is awesome. The detailed report showed us key areas where we would have to watch for and had provided us contacts and trades to be able to get us quotes on the potential cost for the fixes that are required. This allowed us to have better negotiating room with the seller and eventually his trade contacts saved us money in the long run. We have used other inspectors in the past and Paul definitely stood out with his professionalism and timely responses. We will definitely leverage his services next time!
