★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il est venu inspecter ma maison. Pas super professionnel. Il a laissé plein de trace de doigt sale sur la trappe d'accès au grenier fraichement peint. Photo a l'appuie.
Pcq je l'ai pas suivie dans le grenier il a mentie sur plusieur points dans le grenier. Encore un fois photo a l'appuie ce qui contredit son propre rapport!
Il dit connaitre le code du batiment, visiblement pas a lettre. Il ose me dite que l'ancien inspecteur etais une pomme pourrite de l'industrie de l'inspection en batiment alors que c'est lui que l'on devrait sortir ou qu'il retourne a l'école révisé.
Le rapport en 24h....il devrais prendre plus de 24h pour rédiger un rapport convenable avec des phrases plus personalisé a la dite inspection qu'il vien de faire au lieu de prendre des phrases préfabriqué et faire du copier/coller.
Mais surtout de ne pas mentir sur l'inspection ou d'inspecter comme du monde.
Du a son inspection incompétente j'ai perdu une vente.
Franchement je ne le recommande a personne!
He came to inspect my house. Not super professional. He left a lot of dirty fingerprints on the access door to the freshly painted attic. Photo supports it.
Pcq I did not follow her in the attic he lied on several points in the attic. Again photo has supported him which contradicts his own report!
He says he knows the building code, obviously not to the letter. He dares to tell me that the former inspector was a rotten apple in the building inspection industry when he is the one we should leave or return to school revised.
The report in 24 hours .... it should take more than 24 hours to write a suitable report with more personalized sentences at the said inspection he just did instead of taking prefabricated sentences and doing copy / paste.
But above all not to lie about the inspection or to inspect like people.
Due to his incompetent inspection I lost a sale.
Frankly I do not recommend it to anyone!
