Méticuleux, rigoureux, professionnel, il a su documenter les problèmes nombreux et variés qui touchaient la maison qui faisait l'objet de la promesse d'achat. Il vulgarisait bien les informations, permettait au non initié de bien comprendre ce qui était en jeu, le tout avec patience et cordialité. La disponibilité du drone a permis de juger l'état du toit, ce qui aurait été difficile sans cet équipement: un plus qui n'est pas disponible avec tous les inspecteurs. Le rapport était complet, bien appuyé par des observations écrites pertinentes et un choix de photographie éloquent. L'inspection a permis d'annuler la promesse d'achat et de mettre en lumière les faussetés retrouvées à la déclaration du vendeur. Je recommande monsieur Côté sans hésitation à toute personne qui cherche un inspecteur honnête et au service du public.
The inspection was carried out by Mr. Philippe Côté. Meticulous, rigorous, professional, he was able to document the many and varied problems affecting the house which was the subject of the promise to purchase. He popularized information well, allowed the uninitiated to fully understand what was at stake, all with patience and cordiality. The availability of the drone made it possible to judge the condition of the roof, which would have been difficult without this equipment: a plus which is not available with all the inspectors. The report was comprehensive, well supported by relevant written observations and a compelling choice of photography. The inspection enabled the promise to purchase to be canceled and the falsehoods found in the seller's declaration to be brought to light. I recommend Mr. Côté without hesitation to anyone looking for an honest inspector in the service of the public.

Très professionnel, il a pris le temps de mettre en lumière tous les problèmes de la maison, ce qui comprend ce que le vendeur avait tenté de camoufler. Le toit, inaccessible autrement, a pu être inspecté à l'aide d'un drone. La thermographie (un must!) a permis de mettre en évidence des infiltrations d'eau dans les murs, ce qui n'aurait pas été possible avec une simple inspection visuelle. Le rapport était détaillé et riche en preuves photographiques. Le vendeur, malheureusement pas très honnête, était frustré par la mise en évidence de ses mensonges. Monsieur Côté est resté très calme et poli malgré l'attitude désagréable du vendeur. Si vous ne voulez pas de mauvaises surprises, c'est l'inspecteur qu'il vous faut.
We had the inspection done by Philippe Côté. Very professional, he took the time to bring all the issues in the house to light, which includes what the seller had tried to cover up.
