★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst mistake to ever make in throwing away money to have an inspection to be done by....the guy we had come to Warman for us was worth maybe $5, not $500. 1) He couldn't find the access to the attic, since he had no clue about access from an outside vent. 2) He said the dishwasher ran perfectly, well when we ran it the very first time, the sink backed up instantly from it. 3) He said the dryer ran perfectly, well when we ran it, the drum wasn't even spinning since the belt wasn't even attached. 4) He said the furnace might need replacing since it's as old as the house...(house is a 1946, the furnace was installed in 1988, I found the installation paper on the ledge of the furnace itself). So I don't know where they hire these inspecters from, but the one we had needs to go back to school.
