I didn’t feel like they tried too hard to convince me, because I’d end up seeing it for myself. Fab product, environment, attitude… fantastic all around <3
M	Mesha klink on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent customer service while Shopping for the volumizing wefts but the hair quality is bad, and by that I mean the hair will get very dry and frizzy even after using specific products for hair extensions. Booked an appointment for a simple wavy hair style and it’s okay. Not really impressed and probably won’t go back.
K	Kitten Mitten on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I happened to be in vancouver and I got my weave reinstalled by chao, when I got home to my regular hairdresser she told me this was the best installation that she’s ever seen. She hid the beads really well, she’s also fun to talk to! Highly recommend!

My hair is hard to match but she was able to find a solution without me having to tone my extensions. I even had to do a exchange since the first colour I bought was too light. The exchange was one of the easiest exchanges I've ever completed. Taylor was so amazing, as was the other staff working. I also received a bang install in the summer which was great. The quality and thickness of hair is great. Its worth the money and the customer service is top notch. - Neeta
R	Regina Falange on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a wonderful space and I was very excited to come to this salon having seen and heard so many great things. My experience wasn’t as I had hoped, sadly. I was looking for highlights and extensions to match. I was told that they could not do highlights due to breakage potential, but when you bleach, your hair is likely to break anyways. And I was told we could put a bleach bandaid on it (one colour on all hair—— still bleach??) but that it might turn out the exact same as my hair currently is. This was a shock as the price tag for just the bleach bandaid was going to cost me close to $1,000.00 with taxes and tip. This did NOT include extension price or install price, just the bleach. This much money for it to potentially turn out how it already is? I don’t feel like I was appreciated in the salon either, the hair stylist I spoke to seemed to try to be patient but really just wanted me the heck out of the shop. To me that seems like a rip off. I’m am sadly unimpressed, and I am also upset that I felt as though I was trying to be taken advantage of as well. I know the quality of extensions is phenomenal but for services I won’t be going here in the future.

However, 3 years ago I decided to give Bellami a try since it’s one of the biggest hair extension brands out there and I was happy with the quality and how long they’ve lasted! Although recently, there were some complications, Taylor who is the manager at the store provided excellent customer service which made up for everything. Every business is bound to have issues with their customers but having great customer service will always keep me loyal! Thank you Taylor and the Bellami team! :)
