went to bell at seton to purchase new phone and they have the worst customer service, particularly associate BRAD. every time we purchase phone CSR always check the phone open it set it up make sure its all good to go or if its turning on but this time after paying for the phone he just hand the phone after opening the plastic packaging and tell us we are good to go. no conversation no recommendation no other explanation about the contract changes except for return policy.

Brad is incredible, He was knowledgeable, fast, experienced, and just a fun guy to work with today. He completely won our business over from Telus. four brand new phones, less money, more goodies, and four happy family members. I hope Bell Canada realize what an ace Brad is. Telus on the other hand made no effort, didn't really care if we left or not, and told us that Bell was not a good billing company. Sad to see a company run another down. It used to take 3 or 4 hours at Telus store, or Future Shop/Best buy to finish our phone set ups, Brad was through FOUR phones in an hour. Wow, just wow!! β™₯

Went into this Bell store with my father last night. He is not an easy person to deal with, but the employee who helped him set up his new phone and tablet without complaint. I was very impressed by his customer service and would definitely go back to this location because of him.

Do not go with Bell. Switched from Rogers to bell about a year ago. Went to get a replacement phone and was told I didn't have insurance. I had a the signed contract saying that i had insurance but the guy behind the counter said someone must of cancelled it and their was nothing he could do and I wasn't a loyal enough of a customer to get a new phone. Same thing with 611. Couldn't do a thing for me and pretty much said the same thing. Should've stayed with Rogers. Switched back to Roger, 2 phones went from $244 a month 10 gigs of data to $150 a month with 20 gigs. What a RIP off bell is!!!!!

Brad was extremely helpful. I received a Samsung Tab and needed a case and keyboard. He researched different products, recommended two and ordered the one I wanted. When it stopped working, I went back and after some troubleshooting he determined that it needed to be replaced. He ordered another and replaced the original with no hassle or issue. I really appreciated the service and time he spent with me and his thorough way in solving the issue. I would highly recommend Bell at Seton. Thanks Brad.

Brad from the Seton Bell Store was excellent to work with. He answered all my questions in an efficient manner, and setup a new activation while porting my Rogers # all in less than 10 minutes! Honest, efficient and friendly. Being a new Bell Customer as of today, I am impressed with the efficiency and customer service I received from this store. Great Job Brad!

I work across the street from this store (and somehow never noticed it). I went in to renew my phone contract and was impressed by how knowledgeable the staff were. Usually when I've gone to other places they throw some plans at me in a "take it or leave it" kinda way. I was asked my usage and if I was happy with it or needed more on my plan. I feel like I was assessed and got the best plan for my needs (and a super cute case for my new phone!). Thanks for the help! I'll definitely be back when I need to renew again. The personal touch on the service really makes a difference.

This has been our go to Bell Store since it has opened. Dealing with Brad makes going anywhere and dealing with someone else very difficult. He's always been helpful and we have a business account so there is always lots of moving parts when it comes to moving phones over. We have always appreciated his time and effort to ensure we are getting the best possible outcome for the best possible price. Thanks so much for all the hard work.
