★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely one of the BEST PLACES TO GET A PHONE. In the 6 years with being with BELL MOBILITY I have NEVER had a single problem. The service from the staff especially from this location is one of the BEST that I have ever experienced. They did everything to make sure that when we were upgrading our phones that we knew everything that there was to know. We never felt pressured or rushed. So please EVERYONE if you need a phone go to this location and you will definitely NOT REGRET IT.
If I could give them a rating higher than 5 stars I definitely would. In my mind and my daughter's mind they deserve the highest rating possible.
Keep up doing the GREAT JOB!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I recently came in to upgrade our phones and sign up for another contract to go along with them. Pierce and Josh treated us excellent and listened to what we wanted. They were very upfront about what they could do and encouraged us to call in and talk to someone to make sure we got what we were comfortable with. After we finally got in contact with someone they told us what to say and who to talk to. They directed us towards reasonably priced cases for the phones and stayed after the store closed to make sure all of our data and information transferred over to the new phones. No wonder this place has such great ratings, keep it up, we will be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely FANTASTIC customer service at this location!! I was helped by Avneet for a phone upgrade, he went above and beyond to get me the best rates! He definitely impressed me with his attention to detail, and I'm very grateful for my new phone and cheaper plan!
Went back in for a few other things and both Rico and Elena were both extremely helpful and upbeat as well!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avneet and Rico are amazing! Always help my family with our phones every few years. We love dealing with this location because all the staff are well trained and actually care. I have not had a better customer experience anywhere else to date. These guys treat you like family and get you sorted out quick. We recommend them to everybody. It’s very rare to go into any mobility store and receive lightning fast service and super friendly staff. I went in for an upgrade and was in bit of a rush. They got me in and out with a brand new iPhone within 10 minutes. To say the least, I was shocked! It was super impressive how fast they were able to help me out.
The two members who were helping me were a delight to deal with, and quite frankly the nicest people who work for Bell I’ve come across in years.
Thanks for the superior service and excellent productivity!! Keep it up!!

Rico took the time to explain all of the available options together with the costs and benefits and helped us make the best choice for our family. He was patient with my many many questions and was very accommodating with options for case colours which was especially appreciated by the picky teen!

I was ready to leave and a very kind empathetic employee named Brian went out of his way to make me feel valued and help me achieve the upgrade goal I was trying to achieve. Thanks
