β β β β β Omg the Mushroom Neptune was like eatting a fluffy cheesy cloud. The lobster tails and butter melted in my mouth. The prime rib was bloody the way my husband likes it, could be cut with a butter knife. Our server Matt was exceptional!! Will be going back over and over and over again.

β β β β β We came in late, very near to close. Our anniversary dinner was almost non-existent due to unforeseen circumstances and we were hoping to have a somewhat nice dinner as everything else was near closing.
Even after their hours closed, the waiter was patient and kind with us, they gave us a free dessert which topped of the meal perfectly. Everything was cooked amazingly and tasted great. Thanks so much for taking care of us, it was a positive note to end on for the evening!!!

β β β β β We ordered in two steak dinners with a billy miner mud pie on Saturday night after putting the baby down. My husband appreciated how hospitable and organized the staff were when he came to pick up our meal a few mins early. We would rather wait a minute or two for our food to be warm and ready on time than cold because it was made too early. We were very pleased with the quality and the preparation of the food. Thanks for helping us to enjoy a bit of a "date night" at home!

β β β β β The waiter was good. Drinks were good. Main course was good. Maybe a little expensive for what you get though.. the booth was dirty and the garlic toast was extremely greasy

β β β β β Hostess was insistent we sit at the bar if we weren't here for dinner, despite requesting the bar and explaining we are only here for drinks and an appy. That was off putting. We wouldn't take up a table for drinks and an appy to begin with. And we have been to every Keg in the city, while reviewing them. Bartenders made up for the hostesses crassness. They were attentive, efficient and service quality check was spot on.

β β β β β Me and my husband went to keg for our birthday and our server David P was the best waiter. Our truffle sirloin and lobster was beyond our expectations. Will come again to to try the chicken truffle. Thanks David P for making our birthday amazing

β β β β β My family and I had dinner at the South Pointe location. The food was excellent. I've never been disappointed with any meal at The Ke. The server gave excellent service and great food recommendations, and the ambience and cleanliness of the restaurant were superb. I gave 4stars as I didn't appreciate the Manager mentioning that we should have informed the location that we had a stroller, an assumption on his part. He further mentioned that few areas within the restaurant can accommodate a stroller. The area where we were seated was reserved for a party of 10 or 14 individuals, however, they were able to accommodate the party elsewhere. Having said that though, we did mention that we had an infant with us at the time of the reservation and upon arrival, we were asked if we needed a high chair which was declined because the baby wouldn't be able to sit in it, furthermore the concierge that seated us saw that we had a stroller. We were directed to the booth at first, however, that wasn't conducive to our needs and later agreed/directed us to the area we were seated for our meal. Overall we had an excellent time and recommend parents with infants/toddlers please ensure to mention this during your reservation and hope it is captured accurately to avoid occurrences of this nature in the future.
