★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered dinner for my family, pizza came cold! Chicken wings boneless well that was a joke! Only seasoned one side and must have been the whole dam bottle. Then its sends a coupon on top saying bogo! You must have delivery drivers name, well he knocked on my door and left( no problem)... but see my dilemma of being able to get his name. Lol I hope I can attach a picture of the wings for you all to see!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered online and picked up from this location.I Ordered the Pepperoni Lovers (which is suppose to have two layers of pepperoni and cheese). Needless to say the $15.00 small was no more than crust with little cheese and pepperoni. Will never order from this location again, save yourself and do the same.
Edit: they offered a whopping $10.00 to my next order. Thanks Pizza Hut.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They seemed to be so busy that they burnt the pizza toppings and still delivered it anyway. They even cut it poorly, in the pictures the slices were smaller then two fingers width. I submitted a ticket about my order about 20 min after delivery(about 6:30pm Delivery time) and they did call twice which was not the contact method I selected online., once soon after (impressed at the fast response). But we left to get more food for the family. Then they called again at about 09:50pm after the whole family went to sleep. Never bothered to try and contact us again by phone or email regarding the ticket submitted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They sent the wrong pizza, and it was nearly burnt and pretty much ruined. On top of that the delivery guy tossed the pizzas onto my front porch and was already in his car by the time I got to the pizzas, meaning he had no intentions of keeping them in his warming bag. The pizzas that were correct (only 2 out of 3) were smushed into one side of the box. Not great pizza hut, not great. I've called 12 times with not a single time getting through. No voicemail, just hang up, so I can't even speak to anyone at the store...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited 1.5 for a simple delivery of ice cream cookie and cinnamon rolls. when i tried to contact i had to call numerous times before i could get a hold of the location.
When i did get a hold of them i was told i had to wait another ten minutes for my order so after waiting another 20 minutes with no order called back to checkup on my status and got a busy signal again so i kept calling and finally got an answer and the girl said that my order had left and should be there soon. After she said that the delivery came however i was missing the two ice creams. The delivery driver said he'd be back right away. So after another 35 minutes the delivery driver came back with my two ice creams. This totaled my wait time after confirmation to two hours. Not impressed at all. Especially for food that had to just be microwaved and taken out of the freezer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ $50 dollars plus pre tipped $10 & $5.00, came to $65.78. Requested extra cheese, obviously this pizza was made without care and attention. Requested a full refund but they said I would need to return my familys dinner and wait. Will never order pizza hut for the rest of my life.
