Andreo was good through most of our experience. I have a special needs daughter and she takes a little longer to answer questions than a lot of people. He rushed us near the end and he even said "we have other customers waiting, so we need to finish this up". I was mad! How about the customer right in front of you? He handed us our phone and told us to go home and set it up. If we had questions, go to you tube...how about the company we set it up with? Bad service on that part!! We switched from Android to Apple, would have been nice to have a mini tutorial or some kind of guidance. Sink or swim with this location, it is never consistent!

Don’t bother going here. Will not sell you phone. Will not help with internet. Just refer you to the call centre or send you elsewhere…. Zero customer service.

I would give a minus 100 stars if i could!The worst customer service by far as a business owner of 30 years, good thing he doesn't work for me, like your Fired Buddy! The service attendant would not even attempt to help with a simple task. The response from the individual was " once you buy your phone it's yours and you have to figure out how to do things with it on your own" how does anyone respond to that...you don't, I turned and walked out. Terrible store, awful trained staff.

The associates there are very good people, they are nice and approachable, however I believe that better management and store support is needed to solve problems... we had very frustrating issues to solve which took all afternoon to work out, we had to call telus service ourselves because nobody at the store could fix the problem. At the end of the day the problem was fixed, but not to the credit of this location.

Twice I've had to deal with this store and twice has been negative. First experience was with a new Track+ device about a year ago. They had no idea what they were doing, made me wait around while they waited on hold with Telus. After an hour they told me to call myself. Just pretty telling me to PFO. Today, went in to get a sim card only. Just need a SIM. Waited 20 minutes since they were full even though it should have been a 1 minute transaction. Ring it through and they want to charge double at $20. They claim online is only place to pay $10. I went over to Bestbuy, $10. Just avoid this store. I have no problems with Telus in general, but this store is useless

We went twice and had to deal with someone who had no customer service at all. We’ve been a loyal Telus customer for over 15 years and we went in yesterday and talked to Deep T and he wasn't friendly at all. He pretended that he gave us the best deal that he could give us and then he suggested we call Telus loyalty. So we left and contacted loyalty, they worked up an offer and loaded it to our account and all we had to do was go in the next day and redeem our offer. However when we went back in the next day and had to wait 40 minutes due to covid restrictions we once again had to deal with Deep! Right away he was arguing with us saying that his deal was the exact same as the loyalty gave us however that was untrue. Then he proceeded to try and help us, all he had to do was redeem our offer and load it on our account, he wanted to charge more for our monthly billing on our secondary line then what loyalty confirmed the rate that we would be charged. When we told him this wasn’t the correct rate plan we were supposed to be charged per month. He refused to help us out any further to fix the issue. So when we got home we called loyalty to straiten this out, they confirmed that we were in fact correct for what we told Deep about the monthly plan offered. They didn’t understand why Deep couldn’t load up our offer that was sitting on our account. Deep is extremely rude and unhelpful and doesn’t want to go out of his way to help a customer out. Loyalty told us the store could have called anytime to straighten this out. If you ever go to this location. Avoid Deep unless you want to pay more and waist your time.
